This Jollibee branch is clean and well-staffed. There are available seats upstairs where the restrooms are also located. I can't say much about the staff as most of them still have their face masks on but everyone seems to be well-trained and courteous. I have to comment tho that the stair steps seem a bit high than the standard. TIP) If you want to take out your drink, there's a P5 add-on per drink for the take out cup. So be sure to either finish your drink or decide upfront if you're gonna takeout your drink or not.

Crowded place to dine. Waiting time almost an hour already, but our food still not arrive on ou table. Parking area is very stiff.

Great food But the staff arent too helpful. We ate at the 2nd floor and I asked a staff if we can have a glass of water since my toddler is thirsty waiting for the food but was only rejected and was told only to get it myself down at the counter. 👎 (mind you I was with 2 senior and 3 kids) ❌Poor service ❌Not friendly

A lot of crew and a lot of food cooked waiting in the pantry but the order taking and serving takes too long what are tgey doing? They need to act quickly with energy rather than being like a sleepy dog bored and tired. They are called fast food chain for a reason not slow right? The moment that the queue lines up they need to be a little faster.

The staff needs hearing aids because they don't listen when you give them clear requests like to not to add any freakin leg pieces so instead they put all of em leg pieces. Pay attention to what you ordered and what they deliver.

Overpriced mineral water of 350ml priced at 53 pesos. Senior citizen/Pregnant/PWD lane not open the time we were there and there were elders lining up to order.

Super long lines with no organization at all like they don't have a special line for pregnant, disabled, or elderly. The employees are very rude and are also biased, they would serve foreigners with their utmost respect and locals rudely. If this was not the only fast food place here in Biliran, I would never come here.
